Rule 43
Assessment Review Committee Procedures
(1) Jurisdiction of the Evaluation Review Committee shall be exercised by the three members collectively and the opinion of the majority shall be considered as the decision of the Evaluation Review Committee.
(2) The presence of both the members including the Chairman shall be required when the Assessment Review Committee makes a final decision on the application for assessment review.
